CONSIGNOR CONTRACT

1. Only name brand in great condition clothing will be accepted. 25pc maximum limit per week!!

2. All clothing items MUST be brought in on PLASTIC hangers. NO bags or boxes!!!! Wrinkled items will not be accepted. CLOTHING ACCEPTED ON MONDAY, TUES OR WED 10AM -2PM ONLY. Thanks!!! Other times by appointment!!

3. All items are inspected at the time they are brought in.

4. All clothing items are on a 60 day consignment period. Equipment/furniture/large toys and such are on a 30 day consignment period.

_____Consignors choosing to pick up unsold items MUST pull their own items after the 60 day selling period and MUST do so within 4 days after the 6o day selling period otherwise items are donated automatically without further notice.

5. Items remaining after the 60 day consignment period will become the property of Leap Frog and disposed of at the

sole discretion of Leap Frog. Expired items will be donated to local charities.

6. ______Consignor receives 40% off the selling price. All pricing is the sole discretion of Leap Frog.

7. Consignors may pick up a check or use store credit at any time you have sold items on your account.

8. There is a .50 payout fee on all payments whether it’s a cash payout or a printed check.

9. Leap Frog cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to consigned items as a result of theft, fire, accident, depreciation, or any other cause.

10. ______There is a one time set up fee of $10.00 for all new consignors that will be taken out of the 1st batch of consignments.

11. By signing this contract, consignor states that he/she is the sole owner of the merchandise being consigned to Leap Frog.
